It was a strong week at the Mexico Open at Vidanta for Bob MacIntyre as he secured his first top 10 finish in a regular PGA Tour event with a tie for 6th place.
Following a steady opening round, Bob shot a 5-under 66 in round 2, and then went one better with a 6-under 65 in round 3 before closing off with a final sub-par finish of 69.
This result moves Bob up to 86th place on the FedEx Cup rankings and helps his chances of making his third appearance at The Masters in April.
Bob heads back to mainland America this week to compete in the Cognizant Classic on the PGA National course in Palm Beach Gardens, before heading down to the Puerto Rico Open the following week.
